Eliminare il tuo account Seriesly

1. Dall'app, in tre tocchi

Apri Seriesly e vai su Impostazioni → Account → Elimina account, poi conferma.

È immediato e non devi scriverci. Funziona allo stesso modo sull'app Android e sull'app iPhone: sono due porte sullo stesso account.

2. Se non hai più l'app installata

Scrivi a seriesly.feedback@gmail.com dall'indirizzo email del tuo account, con oggetto «Elimina account». Ci serve per essere sicuri che sia davvero tu. Cancelliamo entro 30 giorni e ti mandiamo conferma.

3. Che cosa viene eliminato

Tutto quello che segue sparisce sia dai nostri server sia dal dispositivo:

l'account: indirizzo email, identificativo utente, nome e immagine ricevuti da Google o da Apple al momento dell'accesso;
la libreria: serie e film che segui, episodi segnati come visti con la data, conteggi delle visioni ripetute;
i voti dati a episodi, film e personaggi;
le liste personalizzate e le preferenze dell'app;
il profilo pubblico: nome utente, foto profilo, statistiche pubbliche, titoli preferiti;
le amicizie, le richieste in sospeso e i consigli inviati e ricevuti;
l'elenco degli utenti che hai bloccato;
i token delle notifiche dei tuoi dispositivi.

4. Che cosa resta, e per quanto

Tracce tecniche di cancellazione — servono a far capire agli altri tuoi dispositivi che un elemento è stato rimosso. Non contengono dati tuoi oltre all'identificativo dell'elemento. Conservate al massimo 180 giorni.
Medie aggregate dei voti della community — restano, ma il tuo voto viene sottratto dalla media al momento della cancellazione. Non contengono alcun riferimento a te: nemmeno prima era possibile risalire a chi aveva votato cosa.
Segnalazioni che hai inviato su altri utenti — vivono nell'account di chi le invia e spariscono con lui; se una segnalazione è già stata gestita non la conserviamo comunque oltre 12 mesi.

5. Eliminare solo una parte, tenendo l'account

Non serve cancellare tutto per togliere qualcosa. Dall'app puoi rimuovere in autonomia le singole voci — serie, film, liste, foto profilo, amicizie. Per una rimozione più ampia (per esempio tutti i tuoi voti, o l'intera libreria) scrivici a seriesly.feedback@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro un mese, come previsto dal GDPR.

Deleting your Seriesly account

1. From the app, in three taps

Open Seriesly and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.

It is immediate and you do not need to write to us. It works the same way on the Android app and on the iPhone app: they are two doors into the same account.

2. If you no longer have the app installed

Write to seriesly.feedback@gmail.com from your account's email address, with «Delete account» as the subject. We need that to be sure it is really you. We delete everything within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

3. What gets deleted

All of the following is removed both from our servers and from the device:

your account: email address, user identifier, and the name and picture received from Google or Apple when you signed in;
your library: series and movies you follow, episodes marked as watched with their date, rewatch counts;
the ratings you gave to episodes, movies and characters;
your custom lists and app preferences;
your public profile: username, profile photo, public stats, favourite titles;
your friendships, pending requests and the recommendations you sent and received;
the list of users you blocked;
the notification tokens of your devices.

4. What stays, and for how long

Technical deletion markers — they tell your other devices that an item was removed. They hold no data about you beyond the item's identifier. Kept for at most 180 days.
Aggregated community rating averages — they stay, but your vote is subtracted from the average when you delete. They contain no reference to you: even before deletion it was never possible to tell who voted what.
Reports you sent about other users — they live in the sender's account and disappear with it; in any case, once a report has been handled we do not keep it beyond 12 months.

5. Deleting only part of it, and keeping your account

You do not have to delete everything to remove something. In the app you can remove individual items yourself — series, movies, lists, profile photo, friendships. For a broader removal (for example all of your ratings, or your whole library) write to seriesly.feedback@gmail.com: we reply within one month, as required by the GDPR.
